How to Travel to Trinidad Right Now, For Less

Thinking of a getaway to Trinidad? There are a host of specials for stays on one of the Caribbean’s most energetic islands (and one of the region’s top culinary destinations) right now.

The Chancellor Hotel, a 30-room property near Port of Spain’s botanical gardens, the zoo and Queen’s Park Savannah, is extending a 25 percent discount from Nov. 15, 2016 – January 12, 2017.

Special rates start at $100 per night plus tax for stays of three nights or more, based on double occupancy.

The Coblentz Inn, a 17-room boutique hotel in Port of Spain, is offering 20 percent off regular rates through December 31, 2016.

The discounted rates start at $105 per night for double occupancy including taxes, continental breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Each room is culturally themed around Trinidad’s history and comes with a fully-equipped kitchenette.

And the Kapok Hotel, a 94-room hotel adjacent to the historic Queen’s Park Savannah, is offering guests 50 percent off rates starting at $115 per night based on double occupancy, valid for travel from September 1 – Nov. 30, 2016.
