Itz’ana Belize Adding New Beachfront Residences

The Itz’ana Resort and Residences in Belize is expanding its real estate offerings.

The property in Placencia announced the addition of new beachfront inventory, with new options for one and two-bedroom villas directly on the beach.

The move comes after a reported 50 percent sellout of the development’s lagoon villas.

The beach villas, which now vary from one to three bedrooms, have amenities including plunge pools, outdoor showers, private butler service and direct beach access.
