New Additions at St Maarten’s Sonesta Maho Beach Resort

The Sonesta Maho Beach Resort and Casino in St Maarten is expanding with a big new aqua park and kids club.

The project includes a 4,000-square-foot park featuring a 1,400-square-foot pool; the kids club will include a 1,000-square-foot indoor space and a 2,500-square-foot outdoor area.

The property has also announced a major interior renovation, with the complete refurbishment of two floors of guestrooms already completed and three more floors se to be done by the end of 2016.

The property has also added a new restaurant called Jing’s featuring Chinese specialties in the Maho Village adjacent to the resort.
