This Curacao Boutique Has a New Restaurant

Klooster

The boutique Hotel ’t Klooster in Curaçao’s up-and-coming Pietermaai district has a new restaurant.

It’s called Blessing, and it opened its doors this month.

It’s set in a former cathedral and monastery and maintains the traditional chapel-style architecture.

Blessing says its prides itself on sourcing “fresh, high-quality ingredients” for its dishes, which include everything from Tuna Tartare to Smoked Mackerel.

It’s another great addition for Pietermaai, which is increasingly being considered the SoHo of Curaçao.
