Viceroy Anguilla is offering a host of special programming opportunities for its annual Summer Spectacular.

The event series kicks off Memorial Day weekend with culinary specials in all the restaurants including a daytime Food Bazaar and live entertainment on Meads Bay Beach.

On May 30, visitors will take part in an Anguilla Day Celebration, complete with a traditional Anguillan BBQ at Bamboo Bar & Grill, boat races and Caribbean music.

On June 15, the birthday of Queen Elizabeth, the resort will celebrate the island’s English heritage with  gin cocktails from 2-5pm in the Sunset Lounge.

The Fourth of July celebration will star All-American burgers and beachside bonfires, along with live performances by Omalie 360 and DJ Sugar to accompany the fireworks display over the beach.

From August 7-11, guests will enjoy the Anguilla Summer Carnival, which will feature live music and tapas specials at the Sunset Lounge, as well as local games and light bites at Bamboo Bar & Grill.

Guests partaking in the festivities are invited to try the Anguilla Family Fun package, which includes daily resort credit up to $300, a family welcome amenity, daily continental breakfast for two people, complimentary Generation V kids activities and free meals for children under 12 with each paying adult.

Teen and adult guests can also take advantage of the property’s Sea Centre and Sports Pavilion for access to activities such as windsurfing, paddle boarding, pro tennis lessons and rock climbing.
