And that says a lot on the French side of St Martin, where after just about any meal you’ll be handed a bottle of house-made, infused rum, or “punch,” often free of charge.
In this tiny house, you can find a host of precisely that — delicious infused rums in the great tradition of French Caribbean “punchs,” from banana-vanilla to coconut to pineapple. Also on hand are a great selection of local spices and sauces.
