Jamaica’s Half Moon Names New Director of Marketing

Jamaica’s Half Moon Resort has named a new top marketing executive.

General Manager Sandro Fabris has announced the appointment of director of sales Sharon Logan to the role.

Logan has served as director of sales for the resort for the past three years.

The move follows Half Moon’s announcement that it was ending its relationship with RockResorts and becoming an independent hotel.

“Half Moon represents the quintessential essence of Jamaica – relaxed luxury infused with rich culture, excellent food and the welcoming warmth of our people,” Logan said. “I am pleased to be a part of Half Moon’s legacy and look forward to the resort’s continued growth and success.”

Half Moon was recently named the Best Hotel in Jamaica in Caribbean Journal’s latest hotel rankings of the island.
