Guests at Hyatt Regency Trinidad are enjoying the benefits of new natural, plant-based treatments available at the resort’s Spa Esencia.

The spa’s new options use food-based ingredients in order to boost skin health and wellness.

“Thanks to greater access and the sharing of public information, today’s spa guest is more knowledgeable and discerning than ever before. As a result, they come to us expecting to find rejuvenating and effective treatment options that are free of unnecessary chemicals,” said Zahra Duncombe, spa director.

Such ingredients are plentiful in the Caribbean, a region brimming with basic ingredients like coconut oil, honey and fruit.

Hotel guests can now indulge in earth-to-spa treatments such as the Cocoa Bean Body Wrap, Papaya Body Polish, and Royal Coconut Milk and Honey Ritual.
