Donald Trump’s Caribbean Villa

ST MARTIN – Agree or disagree with him, he’s got great taste in Caribbean real estate.

This is Donald Trump’s villa in the Caribbean, a grand estate on the beautiful sands of Plum Bay in St Martin.

It’s called Le Chateau des Palmiers, and it’s a sprawling two-villa complex that can sleep up to 20, with nine bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms and a spectacular stretch of beach.

It’s got a pool right off the beach, a beachfront gazebo, a fitness center, a tennis court and an on-site chef, with everything split between a main house and a separate villa on the five-acre estate.

The best part? It’s available for rent.

It’s also bookable through its own Web site, where it’s listed as Trump National Le Chateau des Palmiers and comes with a personal greeting from Mr. Trump.

When it comes to St Martin, this is the island’s most luxurious neighborhood, close to the La Samanna resort and set on one of the French side’s most exclusive (though public) beaches.

Trump reportedly first acquired the property in 2013, when it had been listed for just under $20 million, although the terms of the sale were not disclosed.
