United Airlines Adding More Nonstop Caribbean Flights
United is expanding in the Dutch Caribbean.
The air carrier has announced that it will be offering a second nonstop flight to the Dutch Caribbean island of Bonaire.
The new flights will operate every Sunday between Newark and Bonaire, in addition to the carrier’s existing Saturday service from both Newark and Houston to Bonaire.
The service will operate between June 12 and Aug. 14, 2016.
The Saturday flights will depart Newark at 9:00 AM, arriving in Bonaire at 1:45 PM. The return flight will depart Bonaire at 2:45 PM, arriving in Newark at 7:50 PM.
The Sunday flights leave Newark at 7:55 AM, arriving in Bonaire at 12:40 PM, with return flights departing at 1:05 PM and arriving in Newark at 6:45 PM.
The new flights are part of what is a wider expansion to the Caribbean for United in the last year.
