This Caribbean Private Island Just Got Cheaper

By: - April 25th, 2016

One Bahamian private island just got cheaper.

It’s called Finley Cay, and the island near Eleuthera has just reduced its price to $1.995 million, or less than many New York City apartments.

The 13-acre island is more than seven miles from its nearest neighbor, and about an hour by boat from Nassau.

The island has white sandy beaches, marvelous water views and easy mooring access for boats requiring less than four feet of water.

It’s location also makes a great launching point for day trips to the Exumas and North Eleuthera.

It’s the perfect private island retreat — it just needs you.
