Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas, a $28 million investment project by Warwick International Hotels, is set to welcome guests this summer.
The 12-floor, 244-room Bahamas all inclusive has been designed to provide adult guests with a “modern, all-inclusive vacation experience.”
All-inclusive rates for the resort include all meals and snacks; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; standard Wi-Fi internet access; daily activities and nightly entertainment; non-motorized watersports; use of the fully-equipped fitness center; and gratuities, taxes, surcharges and tax.
WIH contracted Washington, D.C.-based Perkins Eastman to develop the overall design concept for the resort, which is influenced by local Bahamian culture.
Natural materials that represent sand, water, shells, driftwood, and palm trees are found throughout the property, in a modern space designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to experience the Bahamian lifestyle.
New floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors were installed in the harbour deluxe balcony and harbor premium balcony rooms to allow natural light to flow into the rooms.
All accommodations have been transformed with larger windows, clean lines and multiple power ports and USB inputs. the company said.
The all-inclusive features four on-property dining options, including one serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, two a la carte restaurants open in the evening – a kabob eatery offering international cuisine and an Italian casual fine dining restaurant – and Poolside Pizzeria and Grille.
Guests will also enjoy the two on-property bars, live entertainment, shows and music by a DJ in its large entertainment facility.
The resort will feature an onsite, full-service spa and salon, along with a gift shop, a tour desk offering sightseeing options and a dive store for guests interested in scuba diving.
Another signature feature of the resort is the 7,000 square-foot Warwick Sea Terrace overlooking the harbour marinas complemented by an outdoor seafood restaurant.
The Sea Terrace also has an arrivals’ dock, a fire pit and an expansive boardwalk featuring a waterside wedding belvedere.
