This Caribbean Resort’s “Jungle Book” Experience

In celebration of the release of Disney’s Jungle Book, Mahekal Beach Resort is inviting guests to experience a special “Get Lost in the Jungle Getaway.”

The package includes five-night accommodations in a newly-redesigned Jungle View bungalow, complete with hammocks and private open-air terraces.

Amidst the palapa-style bungalows overlooking the Riviera Maya jungle, guests will encounter a plethora of jungle wildlife, including coatis, iguanas and native birds.

Adventurers will have the opportunity to discover more than 150 natural species as they explore on the rope swings of the lush green trees, while those looking for relaxation will enjoy the seaside Jacuzzi and four on-property pools.

The redesigned beachfront retreat introduces guests to a fresh experience with new amenities and three completely renovated restaurants, Boli’s, Itzi, Las Olas and Fuego; four bars, Boli’s, Itzi, Las Olas and Fuga; as well as Vida Aquatica Dive Center.

Guests will also have the option to choose either two 50-minute Mayan-inspired spa treatments at Revive Spa or free stay, play, and food for children under 12.

Also included in the package is breakfast and either lunch or dinner daily.
