Landmark Panama Villa Heads to Auction

An historic villa in Panama is headed to the auction block.

Finca La Pagoda, a 34-acre retreat that has played host to various Panamanian presidents and foreign political leaders, is being listed with Platinum Luxury Auctions for an auction on Saturday.

The property, which is located at 3,500 feet, is set above the city of David in Panama’s Chriqui province.

The property includes 6,716 square feet of space, including 4,976 square feet of interior space, along with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

It also features a separate gazebo with 1,409 square feet, two half bathrooms and a kitchenette.

The villa had previously been listed for $2.3 million.
