A major estate in Anguilla is headed to the auction block.
The 37,000-square-foot Santosha Estate will be sold by Concierge Auctions at an auction on May 19.
Previously offered for $15 million, the home will sell without reserve to the highest bidder, in cooperation with Steve and Debbie Haines of Trophy Properties.
The property has wraparound porches, an infinity pool with ocean views, an on-site staff, a gym and an outdoor jacuzzi, among other amenities.
The best part? The secluded Long Bay beach, one of the many untouched stretches of sand on the island.
