A 5.2-magnitude earthquake caused shaking across much of the southeastern Caribbean on Thursday morning.
The quake, reported by the United States Geological Survey, struck at around 7:22 AM local time, with an epicenter about 119 kilometers west of Port of Spain, Trinidad.
The quake, which occurred at a depth of 83 kilometres, caused light shaking across Trinidad and Tobago. It was also felt in Grenada and Martinique.
The strongest shaking was felt in southern and central Venezuela.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.
