How to Spend the Summer Doing Yoga in St Barth

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 31, 2016

Summer in St Barth.

It’s quieter and cheaper but just as beautiful. In other words, the perfect time for a French Caribbean escape.

And now there’s another way to enjoy the island, with a focus on wellness.

It’s called the St Barts Yoga Summer Camp.

Open to all practice levels, the a-la-carte wellness camp includes more than 30 classes in a five-week period on the island.

And it’s got more than yoga: outdoor hikes, wellness activities and water aerobics classes, too.

There are classes every day, with different programs on different days of the week, from yoga foundations to yoga zen.

They’re all hosted at the l’espace meteo weather station overlooking Gustavia harbour, under the direction of program founder Diana Bourel-Toral.
