The archipelago reported a total of 386,052 stopover visitors last year, an increase of 8.1 percent compared to 2014.

The TCI was boosted by a particularly strong month of December, with 39,627 arrivals and a 17.8 percent year-over-year increase.

Turks and Caicos saw a 3.9 percent decline, however, from the Canadian market, with a total of 36,512 arrivals.
