A New Eatery in Anguilla

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 25, 2016

It’s one of the Caribbean’s culinary hubs — Anguilla. And though the island is tiny, it’s home to more than 100 restaurants.

The newest on the island’s gastronomic scene is Stone, a brand-new eatery at the Zemi Beach House, which opened last month.

The restaurant bills itself as an “ocean-to-table” restaurant, focusing on locally sourced seafood from Island Harbor and ingredients from Rainbow Farms.

The menu, helmed by executive chef Nathan Rader, has cuisine from Asia to the Caribbean, with dishes like Watermelon Soup, Salmon Carpaccio and Yellowfin Tuna with Mango Salad, among others.

While Stone is the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, the Zemi Beach House is also home to a casual eatery called 20 Knots.

The restaurant is now accepting reservations from Thursday to Sunday, 6PM to 11 PM.
