Want to become a dive instructor?
It just got easier.
The Buddy Dive Resort in Bonaire is offering a new course through its Buddy Dive Academy — and it’s even all-inclusive.
The resort’s new all-inclusive Instructor Development Course includes the IDC course, study materials, dive equipment rental, air/Nitrox and PADI fees.
The package also includes shared accommodation including breakfast and lunch for two weeks at a rate of just $25 per night.
“This new package offers our candidates an all-inclusive deal, without any surprising fees afterwards,” says Pepe Mastropaolo, PADI Course Director at Buddy Dive Academy. “Due to the on-site shared accommodation for only $25 per person per night we can offer a really interesting and competitive package. Combine this with our 35+ years of experience and there is no reason anymore not to come to Bonaire and Buddy Dive for your IDC.”
The IDC course includes two parts: the assistant instructor course, for four days, and the open water scuba instructor program, which last for five days.
Day 10 is the emergency first response instructor course.
Upon graduation from IDC, candidates are ready to teach PADI courses.
The IDC package totals $2,900 per person; it’s available starting for the next course on April 28, 2016.
You must have achieved PADI Divemaster or leadership level status with another diver training organization in order to enter the course, along with having been a certified diver for six months, among other prerequisites.
