Move over, Necker.

Sir Richard Branson has unveiled a new island retreat in the British Virgin Islands on the other private island he owns, Moskito Island.

The villa, which is part of the Virgin Limited Edition collection, is now available to hire exclusively for stays of 22 guests.

The villa complex is comprised of three villas: Headland House, the Beach Villa and Mangrove Villa.

The island also includes a “recreation area,” which includes a wraparound infinity pool and bar, tennis pavilions and a watersports center.

The Branson Estate includes a total of 11 bedrooms spread across the three villas.

It’s the latest addition to what is one of the world’s most exclusive villa portfolios.

Branson first bought Moskito Island in 2007.

The exclusive-use rate includes everything from all meals and drinks (including alcoholic beverages), snacks, return launch transfers from either Beef Island or Virgin Gorda, three freshwater pools, hot tubs, two floodlit tennis courts, direct beach access, Wi-Fi and even a DJ for one night of your stay.

The retreat becomes the second major Branson property on offer in the BVI, along with the famous Necker Island, which can also be booked for exclusive stays (including 34 people).

Necker can be booked by the room. however, during certain “Celebration Weeks.”

Both islands are close to Virgin Gorda in the BVI.
