This Hotel in Puerto Rico Is For Sale
Another Caribbean hotel is on the block.
The Lazy Parrott Inn in Rincon Puerto Rico is for sale, and its price has been reduced to $3.25 million, according to Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty, which has the listing on the property.
The hotel, which is located in the surfing town of Rincon, has a total of 22 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms across 10,000 interior square feet.
The hotel, which was first built in 1989, is set on a six-acre lot and comprises two main buildings: the first has six guestrooms, along with the main entrance, a restaurant and the front desk; the second has 16 guestrooms, a gift shop, the hotel office and a staff kitchen and laundry.
It currently operates with 22 rooms, two restaurants and a private pool and gazebo, with an “excellent” occupancy rate, according to the brokerage.
The property also has an 18-hole mini-golf course.
