The Pering Group is expanding its portfolio in Aruba.
The company, which has developed the Oceania Residences and the Blue Residences, has announced the launch of Azure Beach Residences.
The project will include 106 whole-ownership condominium units and nine villas.
The project, which will be built in two phases, is slated for initial completion by the first quarter of 2015.
It will consist of two residential towers with units ranging from two to five bedrooms, along with a private beach, two swimming pools and a tennis court, among other amenities.
