It’s one of the best cocktails in the Caribbean, and one of the most famous in the Bahamas: the delicious Goombay Smash, the yellow-tinted mix of rum, rum and more rum. (And some pineapple flavor, too).

We traveled to the Bimini Big Game Club, the island’s legendary hotel, to learn how to make it. Bartender Lavan showed us how.
