A major new Caribbean villa is on the block.

Concerige Auctions will be auctioning the Casa Cielo villa in Vieques, Puerto Rico on March 31 in cooperation with Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty, the company announced.

The property, which had previously been offered for $7.8 million, will sell at a reserve of $4.7 million at the auction.

The 17,000-square-foot estate in the hills of Vieques was designed by noted architect Steve Mensch, with interiors designed by Jorge Rossello.

It’s got five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with two offices with their own bathrooms, along with everything from a 1,600-square-foot kitchen to a 1,000-bottle wine room.

It’s all set on a massive six-acre lot.
