United Launches Chicago-Turks and Caicos Flights

United Airlines has launched a new nonstop route to the Caribbean.

The carrier has begun operating service from Chicago to Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The flights, which will operate on Saturdays, will run through April 30, 2016.

United will be operating the flights on Boeing 737-800 leaving at 10:40 AM, with the return flight from Provo departing at 1:49 PM.

Turks and Caicos has been among the region’s fastest growing destinations in the last few years, leading the Caribbean in tourist arrival growth in 2014.
