A New Chef in Turks and Caicos

There’s a new chef in Providenciales.

Turks and Caicos’ Blue Haven Resort and Marina has named French Chef Laurent Ajas as the new executive chef at its signature Fire & Ice restaurant.

Ajas has worked at restaurants around the world, with stops in countries including Ireland, Thailand, the Seychelles, the Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Bora Bora and his native France.

“He brings with him a desire to serve flavourful food that is elegantly presented and which appeals to island visitors and residents alike,” the property sad in a statement.

The restaurant recently unveiled a new menu focusing on Mediterranean dishes and seafood.
