Island Company is opening a new location within the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale in 2016.

Since its founding in 2002, the company has evolved from a small collection of women’s swimwear to a lifestyle brand with products ranging from men’s, women’s, and bridal resort attire and accessories.

Island Company’s retail locations are designed to embody the company’s “Escape. Travel. Live.” mantra, and are housed in five-star resorts, top-end boutiques, and freestanding hideaways in beach destinations around the world including Palm Beach and Grand Cayman.

Founder and Creative Director Spencer Antle has worked to craft each location carefully, with stores that offer complementary cocktail menus, video and film projections, exotic music and props to create an immersive retail experience.

“We do things differently here at Island Company,” Antle said. “We are an entertainment company first and a fashion lifestyle company second. Experience is paramount, product is secondary, quality is a given. I promise that we will transport you to a destination world far away from mundane retail.”

The brand has recently expanded its collection to add items that fit the needs of any tropical traveler, with a full line of accessories featuring beach sheets and towels, tees, tumblers, coasters, iPhone cases, luggage tags, and more.
