Major Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference Set to Begin in Puerto Rico

A major hotel conference begins Thursday in Puerto Rico.

The annual CHICOS Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit is the region’s leading hotel and tourism investment summit.

This year’s conference is co-hosted by a partnership of Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) and the Caribbean Tourism Organization.

It is being hosted at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan.

The conference will also include a panel on Cuba’s hotel sector and opportunities; Simons Chase, Editor in Chief of Cuba Journal, Caribbean Journal’s sister site, will be among the panelists on Friday morning.
