Set atop a 300-foot mountain ridge, Casa Cascadas, or “house of waterfalls,” features views of both the ocean and surrounding landscape of Vieques Island.

This two-story, eco-inspired property is characterized by its custom-sculpted waterfall, landscaped orchard, and open floor plan.

Designed by architect John Hix and built in the style of the Japanese Wabi-Sabi tradition, the home exudes a raw, minimalistic feel.

In addition to its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it includes a breakfast bar, terrace, outdoor pool, hot tub, patio, and car port, among other amenities.

The property is currently listed with Sotheby’s International Realty at $2,000,000.
