Air France Adds Michelin Stars to Its Business Class Food

By the Caribbean Journal staff

Heading to the Caribbean from Paris? Your food may have some Michelin flair.

The company announced that Michelin-starred Chef Francois Adamski has designed original creations for business class customers on long-haul flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

The partnership with Adamski will last for six months, featuring dishes like roast duckling filet with a sweet potato puree and tangy lime sauce; tender roast chicken filet with carrots and merely and cumin “Supreme” sauce; chicken tajine and vegetable semolina.

Adamski has received two Michelin stars in Bourges and Bordeaux, and now runs his own establishment in the southwest of France.
