Brokerage’s regional presence grows

Top real estate firm CBRE has named Mary Jo Eaton its new president for Florida and Latin America, the company announced.
The move is a promotion, as Eaton had been leading CBRE’s Florida region since 2011, and now assumes responsibility for CBRE’s Latin America business.
“This is a well-deserved promotion for Mary Jo,” said Mr. Frese. “She has been instrumental in the strategic alignment of our management, operations and sales professional teams and expanding our capabilities in Florida. We look forward to her added leadership in Latin America as we continue to build advantage for our clients and grow our business there.”
CBRE has been marketing some of the region’s top hotel listings in recent years, including the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort and the Hilton Rose Hall Resort, the latter of which sold earlier this year.
