St. Barth will host its second annual Taste of St Barth Gourmet Festival this November 5 – 8.

The event, themed around the island’s French traditions, will bring seven Michelin-rated guest chefs from France to work in tandem with executive chefs from some of the island’s most exclusive hotels and restaurants.

Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France will host Chef Alexandre Mazzia, whose restaurant AM opened in Marseille in June 2014, earning him his first Michelin star.

Mazzia will bring his expertise in complex dishes that feature different cooking styles, and in partnership with the property’s chef Yann Vinsot, will put together a limited-edition dinner menu made of what he calls “spoon shots,” inspired by the season’s best produce offerings.

Guests at Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France will also enjoy a myriad of other offerings, including a limited-edition cocktail menu inspired by the flavors of Provence, an outdoor screening of Notre mer à tous, Provencal cooking classes, Marseillaise wine and cocktail classes, and a  pop-up beachside Pétanque court, among other special amenities.
