Now it’s official

Queen Elizabeth II has officially appointed Samuel Weymouth Tapley Seaton as the Governor General of St Kitts and Nevis.
Seaton, who had been serving as Acting Governor General since May, took his oaths this week at a brief ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by St Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Timothy Harris, Attorney General Vincent Byron, Minister of State Wendy Phipps, Cabinet Secretary Josephine Huggins, and several other government officials.
Seaton is the island’s fourth Governor General, following a succession line of Sir Clement Arrindell, Sir Cuthbert Sebastian, and Sir Edmund Lawrence.
