Another private island on the block

Our journey through the region’s private island listings now takes us to Gumelemi Cay, a private island in Abaco now on the market for $17.9 million.

The 8-acre island has three private beaches, and is just offshore the Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean Club community (a one-minute boat ride). The island comes with access to the amenities at the community.

The home, which is listed with Lyford Cay Sotheby’s International Realty, is one of just a handful of such private islands on the market in the Bahamas.
