Nevis’ Nisbet Plantation is celebrating its’ 25th anniversary, and the island’s only beachfront plantation resort has found a novel way to mark the occasion all year long. Each day of 2015 at 12:25pm guests are invited to raise a complimentary glass of the resort’s classic rum punch – made to the same recipe served to Nisbet’s first guests a quarter-century ago – and say “Cheers to 25 years!”

Dan Perkins, the bartender who originally created the recipe, still works at the hotel, and recommends enjoying his signature libation with an ocean view at Nisbet’s Sea Breeze beach bar.
