Jumby Bay, a Rosewood Resort, has a new “beach shack.”

The new culinary offering at the private-island resort off the coast of Antigua offers authentic Antiguan fare and Caribbean-accented cuisine from lobster and chicken wraps to rotis and fish ceviche.

The latter is featured in the shack’s own ceviche bar, which features everything from Shrimp ceviche with cilantro and red onion in a tomato lime marinate to Conch with pickled vegetable and basil; Lobster mango and lime.
