The Belize Tourism Board is set to hold its annual Tourism Industry Conference this weekend.

Industry partners will gather to discuss tourism accomplishments in the past year, as well as strategies to be implemented in the coming year.

The conference will feature information sessions on two main topics: “Service Excellence: A Silent Seller,” which will address hospitality and customer service, and Digital Marketing, which will focus on branding, social media, and online mediums of marketing.

Several panels will be held for each topic, each hosted by Caribbean tourism officials and industry leaders.

The conference convenes Saturday, August 1 at Fido’s Courtyard in San Pedro, Ambergis Caye.
