Caribbean Home: How to Buy Your Own Private Island in the Abacos

Our latest Private Island report heads to the Abacos chain of the Bahamas, home to a 220-acre island called Cave Cay.

This North Abaco private island has white sand beaches, lagoons and two natural harbours.

It’s listed with HG Christie for $5.995 million.

The property is located about 20 minutes from Little Abaco.

According to HG Christie, the island was once home to a “small population of inhabitants in the 1930s,” with a few extant ruins.
