A New Way to Fly to Bimini

Tropic Ocean Airways has announced the launch of new flight service between Bimini and Fort Lauderdale.

Bimini will be the airline’s second scheduled service destination in the Bahamas, in addition to its Friday and Sunday flights to Great Harbour Cay in the Berry Islands.

“Bimini is close to home for us, we support many local organizations have been flying charter flights to the island from day one,” said Tropic Ocean Airways CEO, Rob Ceravolo. “We are glad to offer our premium service to the businesses, homeowners, and visitors of Bimini – it’s like flying a private charter at a per seat rate.”

The service from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport will run on the airline’s new wheeled Cessna Grand Caravan EX, which seats up to 9 guests, with window views from every seat.

“We are confident that our guests will find value in the service be it passenger travel plans or accommodating cargo in our spacious Cessna Caravans, our team is always ready to serve,” Ceravolo said.

Through expanding their operations, Tropic Ocean Airways says it aims to strengthen their position as a leading airline in South Florida and the Bahamas providing passengers with a premium travel experience.
