Puerto Rico’s Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa has appointed Brian Lewis Postle as its new Director of Romance.

Postle, whose background includes 20 years of hospitality experience, will lead the 500-acre resort’s wedding and honeymoon specialists.

“Postle is as innovative as they come on the destination weddings front with ever expanding accomplishments from driving sales to elevating service levels,” said the resort’s Director of Sales & Marketing, Sharlene Brenkus. “Having been involved with more than 4,000 Caribbean weddings delivering the seemingly impossible, he is a true asset to our team.”

In his role as Director of Romance, Postle will seek to “create a one-stop shop for all bridal needs from the proposal to the ring exchange to the honeymoon,” according to a release.

Postle has previously managed Destination Wedding programs for Wyndham Nassau Resort and Wyndham Sugar Bay in St Thomas.
