The latest Caribbean Home heads to the Bahamian archipelago, which just might be the region’s private island capital.

This listing is called Sand Dollar Cay, a 24-acre private island in the Berry Islands region of the Bahamas.

It’s listed with Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty for $7.2 million.

So what does it come with? Well, great building locations, deep water access and protected mooring areas and, of course, the Bahamas’ unmatched turquoise waters.

The best part, though, is the beaches: four white sand ones, to be exact. And they’re all yours.
