YOU CAN find some kind of fruit-based rum cocktail at every resort in the Caribbean.
But sometimes you find one that’s truly delicious.
That’s the case at the Biras Beach Bar at Virgin Gorda’s Biras Creek Resort, where barman Courtney whips up the signature “Caribbean Sky.”
It’s a mix of Myers’s Rum, Coconut Cream, Blue Curaçao and a touch of vanilla ice cream, blended with ice.
It’s got the blue hue of Caribbean heaven and the creamy, fluffiness of a Caribbean cloud.
It’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon, but there’s just one problem: it disappears rather quickly.
That’s when it’s time to see Courtney again.
