We recently checked out a private island off the coast of Puerto Rico, and now Caribbean Home heads to the Bahamas.
When most people think of private islands, they think of massive price tags; that’s not the case with Little Gaulding Cay in the Berry Islands of the Bahamas.
This 1.5-acre island located between two larger cays is currently listed for just $275,000, according to HG Christie.
The cay has elevations up to 40 feet with deep water access; getting here means arriving at the landing strip on nearby Great Harbour Cay.
