A new $20 million resort-villa development project has broken ground on the island of Nevis.
The Candy Resort Villa Development is located at Liburd Hill in St James Parish and aims for a completion date of December 2016.
It is one of three planned development projects by Caribbean Development Consultant Ltd, led by 1st director Jian Li.
“The other two projects will be at Dasent Hill in St George’s and Pot Works in St James,” he said.
The Candy resort project will fall under St Kitts and Nevis’ Citizenship by Investment programme; it is located on a 4.4-acre site.
