Caribbean Home: Under the Palms in the Dominican Republic

The latest Caribbean Home heads to the beautiful corner of Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic’s Samana peninsula.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom property is listed with Cesar J. Herrera of Provaltur, the affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in the Dominican Republic.

The home, which is called Casa Lolou, is currently asking just over $5.95 million, according to the company.

It’s located in the Cap Bonita community, which right now consists of 13 luxury houses and 40 lots, about 20 minutes by car from Las Terrenas and about 20 minutes from El Catey International Airport.

The beachfront home sits under scores of palm trees on a 2.75-acre lot.

In other words, just you and the beach.
