An oceanfront estate in Grand Bahama is headed to the auction block.
20 Princess Isle, a Freeport-area property currently listed for $13.8 million, will be auctioned on May 14 in cooperation with James Sarles Realty Coldwell Banker.
The Palm Beach-style estate is located on 1.44 acres and 150 feet of private beach frontage.
“The vision was to create a fantasy home, not simply a beach house, which is exactly what we did,” said David Kollat, a former president of Victoria’s Secret Catalogue. “In the fashion business, the primary focus is always on design and attention to detail. The property, which was designed by architect John Mitchell and interior designer David Berg, also includes a .28-acre canal lot with 100 feet of deep water dockage.
