Tobago’s Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort has named Sandy Bell Rojas its new director of sales and marketing.

Bell will oversee efforts in all international markets for the 178-room hotel, according to the property.

“Sandy Bell Rojas is a welcome addition to the Magdalena Grand family as she brings an extensive knowledge of the hotel business and Trinidad and Tobago to the position which will help in the marketing of the resort,” said John Murphy, principal at efm Hospitality Solutions, which manages the property.

In a statement, Bell Rojas said she was “excited to be working with the entire Magdalena Grand team both at the resort and globally.”

“The resort has had many successes over the course of its first three years and I believe my sales and marketing expertise combined with hotel knowledge will help heighten awareness of the property and generate excitement among travelers around the world,” she said in a statement.
