The newest restaurant in St Croix has officially opened its doors.
The culinarily diverse eatery also has quite the pedigree, with a team including Chef Eddie McNamara, Chef/owner Michael Ross and Chef Frank Pugliese; Pugliese was one of Caribbean Journal’s 25 Best Caribbean Chefs in 2014, best known for his work at eat@canebay.
The property is located at the Quin House on ABC Company Street, in Christiansted, a historic structure that dates back to the mid-late 1700s.
