Viewers who tuned into the Victoria’s Secret Swim special on TV last month may have recognized Puerto Rico’s El Conquistador Resort, where the “angels” shot their annual swimsuit catalogue on Palomino Island, the resort’s private offshore sanctuary.

While few of us will ever have the body of a supermodel, we can, however, drink like one, with this rum cocktail the hotel created in celebration of the beach-bound beauties. Whip one up at home this evening and raise a glass to the only secret Victoria was willing to share.

El Conquistador Resort’s Island Angel

Ingredients
2 ounces       Don Q Pasión
¼ ounce       cava
splash           cranberry juice
splash           agave

squeeze        lime
1                      cherry

Method

Put all ingredients (except the cava) into a shaker and shake. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and top with cava. Add the cherry for garnish.
